At NRICH, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide the best service possible. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and how they will be processed.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- Service Interruptions: If NRICH services are unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to issues on our end.
- Billing Errors: Duplicate charges or incorrect billing amounts.
- Subscription Cancellation: If you cancel a subscription before the start of the new billing cycle, you may be eligible for a prorated refund, subject to terms.
2. Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed in one of the following ways, as per your preference:
- Credit to Your NRICH Account: You can opt to receive the refund as credits on your platform account, which can be applied to future payments.
- Credit Card Refund: If you prefer, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.
3. Non-Refundable Fees
The following fees are non-refundable:
- Administrative fees or setup charges.
- Payments for completed services, such as individual session management or past subscription periods.
- Fees incurred due to violations of our Terms and Conditions.
4. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email Allan@nrich.com with the following details:
- Your full name and account email address.
- Details of the transaction in question (e.g., date, amount, and reason for the refund request).
- Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the approval date.
5. Important Notes
- Refunds are subject to verification of the circumstances outlined in your request.
- Refunds issued to credit cards may take additional time depending on your bank or payment processor.
- Credit refunds to NRICH accounts are instantaneous upon approval.
