A. Personal Identification Information
- For Administrators: Full name, email address, phone number, organization name, role, organization website, zip code, and the number of participants.
- For Participants (18+): Full name, email address, phone number, and role in the program.
- For Guardians: Contact information and the name/email of the Youth Participant you are authorizing.
- For Youth Participants (13-18): Limited information collected only after explicit Guardian and Administrator approval.
B. Payment and Billing Information
To manage our seat-based billing model, we collect:
- Authorized payment methods (credit card or other approved methods).
- Billing history and transaction data.
- Note: While we store payment credentials for recurring fees and pro-rated adjustments, we utilize secure, industry-standard payment processors.
C. Member Content
We collect any data, schedules, rosters, or other information (“Member Content”) you upload to the Platform. This information is used solely to facilitate the management of your organization or participation.
3. Data Security and Protection
Securing your data is our top priority. We employ the following technical safeguards:
- Hosting Infrastructure: Hosted on Microsoft Azure, maintaining ISO and SOC 2 compliance.
- API Security: Continuous monitoring and security via the Levo AI platform.
- Encryption: * In Transit: All communications are secured with TLS 1.2 encryption.
- At Rest: Sensitive data is encrypted using AES-256 encryption.
- Access Control: Mandatory Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for user accounts to prevent unauthorized access.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data for various purposes:
- To provide and maintain the Platform’s digital management tools.
- To process billing, seat-based adjustments, and SaaS add-on fees.
- To communicate organization updates, session reminders, and account alerts.
- To verify account ownership in the event of a dispute.
- To send marketing communications (where you have explicitly opted in).
5. Children’s Privacy (Youth Participants)
We provide special protections for users under the age of 18:
- Website Prohibition: Youth Participants are strictly prohibited from accessing or using the N’RICH INC Website.
- Application Use: Youth Participants (ages 13–18) may only use the Mobile Application with explicit consent from their Guardian and the relevant Administrator.
- Guardian Responsibility: Guardians are fully liable for the actions of their Youth Participants.

6. SMS and Telephonic Communications
By opting into our SMS/Text Messaging service, you consent to receive non-marketing and/or marketing messages.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your organization’s updates and session reminders.
- Opt-Out: You may cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the message sender.
- Support: Text HELP for assistance or email support@nrich.com.
- Liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data only in the following ways:
- Service Providers: With trusted third-party partners (e.g., Azure for hosting, payment processors) who assist us in operating our Services.
- Administrators: If you are a participant, your information is shared with the organization administrator of the program you have joined.
- Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
8. Account Ownership and Retention
- Ownership: In the event of a dispute regarding account ownership, N’RICH INC’s decisions are final. We may request government-issued IDs or business licenses to verify ownership.
- Retention: We retain your information for as long as your Member Account is active or as needed to provide you with Services.
