How we collect, use, and protect your information on the NRICH platform.
Last Revised: March 13, 2026
At N’RICH INC, we are committed to providing a secure environment for administrators of youth sports, camps, and educational programs, as well as the participants and families they serve. By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
We collect several types of information to provide and improve our Services:
To manage our seat-based billing model, we collect authorized payment methods (credit card or other approved methods) and billing history. While we store payment credentials for recurring fees, we utilize secure, industry-standard payment processors.
We collect data, schedules, or rosters (“Member Content”) you upload to the Platform solely to facilitate the management of your organization or participation.
We use collected data to provide management tools, process billing, communicate session reminders, verify account ownership, and send marketing communications (where you have explicitly opted in).
Youth Participants (ages 13–18) may only use the Mobile Application with explicit consent from their Guardian and the relevant Administrator. They are strictly prohibited from using the N’RICH INC Website.
By providing your phone number and opting into our SMS service, you consent to receive account security alerts (2FA), session reminders, program updates, and financial reports from N’RICH INC.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data only with trusted service providers (e.g., Azure for hosting) or for legal compliance.
Mobile Information and Opt-In Consent: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
N’RICH INC retains your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with Services. Decisions regarding account ownership disputes are final.
